As soon as you get on the phone with us, you'll start to recognize a different approach to our relationship. As opposed to us just jamming through service offerings and the cost (like a lot of companies do), we begin with a conversation about you and your business. You and your salesperson will define what elements will be included in your project as well as an approximate cost and deadline.

The first thing we do after you become a client is have a meeting to decide which of our project managers has the right personality and background for you project. You and your PM are going to be working together A LOT, so it's important that you like each other. Your PM will be your single point of contact for the life of our relationship. You'll speak directly to them, and they'll work with the rest of our staff to bring your project to life.

In your PKO, you'll meet your project manager and go over the basics of working with GetUWired. We'll walk you through our project management portal – the hub of your project. Everything about your project will be documented in the portal, so you have 100% transparency about the status of your project 24/7. If you've ever been left in the dark about a project before, you're going to breathe a big sigh of relief when you see this.

In our project management portal, you'll have complete access to:

• All files pertaining to your project
• Time tracking
• Upcoming and completed task lists
• Detailed notes
• All communications about your project

After your portal overview, the two of you will get down to the nitty-gritty details of your project. This is where the strategy really kicks into gear. You and your PM will hash out what you want to accomplish and how we’re going to make it happen.

Once you and your PM have nailed down exactly what your project will entail, he or she will meet with their development team to break down the whole thing into manageable, trackable bites of time/effort. (This part is fun to watch. Lots of charts and graphs at this point). In your Scope Doc, you'll get a breakdown of each task and how many hours each one will require. Once you approve the scope, the real magic begins...

From day 1 to launch day (and after), you and your PM will be in regular contact, several times a week in most cases. As we complete parts of your project, you'll review and approve them. Any time you want something “just a little different,” we're here to honor you and make it right. Our relationship is built on collaboration, and we value your input and opinions.

Most clients end up staying with us long after their projects are finished. Once they see the passion and expertise behind what they do, they don't want to let us go.
