The migration consolidated data from MailChimp, PayRoc, and other tools into a unified platform, integrating with Stripe and Spiffy Checkouts for seamless payment processing. GetUWired also developed custom workflows in Keap to automate client onboarding and coach assignments, reducing manual tasks. A simplified handoff process was built, ensuring smooth transitions between sales, coaching, and athlete management. Athletes now book directly with their assigned coach through Calendly. These solutions not only optimized their operations but also laid the groundwork for future scalability.
