White label engagements differ from standard agency services in that we can present as part of your company, work directly with your clients under your brand, and integrate into your systems, or remain fully behind the scenes whichever you prefer.

DEDICATED WHITE LABEL TEAMS

Pricing: Custom – Typically $3,500 to $10,000/month
Hours: Based on needs, role, and skill level
Best For:

What’s Included:

  • A dedicated implementer, developer, or other role custom-matched to your needs
  • Onboarding into your systems, processes, and brand guidelines
  • Option for client-facing work under your brand or behind-the-scenes support
  • Access to additional GetUWired resources (project managers, developers, creatives) as needed
  • Optional integration of project management tools (Teamwork, Asana, Monday, etc.)
  • Reporting as agreed,  from client-level detail to high-level performance metrics

Terms:

  • Pricing based on hours, skill level, and responsibilities
  • 30-day cancellation notice
  • Hours do not roll over month to month
  • Confidentiality, IP, and brand protection included via NDA language

CUSTOM PROJECTS OUTSIDE PRIMARY AGREEMENT

 

White label retainers focus on your pre-defined productized offering. If you have an opportunity outside that scope (e.g., a new portal build, unique automation, or custom web development), we can quote the work as a separate project.

Because our team already has intimate knowledge of your business, we can scope, price, and deliver faster, and train your dedicated team to support the new solution ongoing.

SUPPORT MODEL & EMERGENCY COVERAGE

We tailor support workflows to your needs, while staying within US time zone coverage.

  • Emergencies can route directly to us or through your team first, depending on preference
  • Options for extended coverage (e.g., West Coast hours) can be discussed
  • No standard after-hours or weekend coverage, but custom arrangements may be possible
  • Critical issue examples: CRM outages, payment failures, broken automation workflows, public-facing communication errors

ADDITIONAL ROLES & RESOURCES

If your white label program grows, we can add team members and provide in-house management. In these cases, a manager may oversee more than one team across multiple partners, ensuring resource flexibility and cost efficiency.

OWNERSHIP & CONFIDENTIALITY

All deliverables created under a white label agreement are fully owned by you, the partner. Our NDA ensures your brand, processes, and intellectual property remain protected. We do not share proprietary process knowledge across clients.

RESPONSE TIME & COMMUNICATION

  • Initial response: Within same business day
  • Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM ET
  • Preferred channels: Email, Slack, or your preferred platform
  • Quarterly notice of US holidays and internal team events that may affect availability

Reporting cadence and format are tailored to each partner,  from granular client-level updates to broad operational summaries. We work with you to determine what level of visibility your team needs.
