With three busy locations, their team relied on Boulevard to capture leads and manage payments, Go High Level for prospects, and Cherry Financing for customers opting into payment plans. 

But none of these systems “talked” to each other. This meant liposuction consultations and multi-stage payments weren’t properly tracked, lead sources weren’t connected to revenue, and key performance insights were lost. 

Leadership knew they were spending heavily on advertising but lacked the visibility to prove what was working or to scale with confidence.

The Solution

The clinics partnered with GetUWired to unify their fragmented systems into one clear story of the customer journey. 

Using API integrations and Zapier automation, data from several systems was aggregated into Wicked Reports to capture and report on every stage of the process from consultation booking to final payment. 

Problems such as SKU mismatches, custom conversions types, and backloading historical data so past performance wasn’t lost were tackled. 

By ensuring order IDs carried across deposits, fees, and financed balances, Wicked Reports could finally attribute accurate revenue to the right marketing source. 

What once was unachievable because it would take hours of manual reconciliation and data entry became an automated, reliable system that aligned data, empowered leadership, and restored clarity.
