Copper is a CRM designed to work closely with Google Workspace. In no particular order, here are the things we love most about Copper. 

#1 Data enrichment – you add a new contact but all you have is name and email. Copper works behind the scene and pulls in as much information into your Copper record about this person: social media accounts, phone numbers, company, position. A huge time saving tool and usually uncovers things you would have missed. 

#2 Connect fields – a field type that lets you do one to many relationships across several record types (contacts, companies, opportunities) 

#3 A different angle on bulk emails – Copper sends emails using your Google account. This is different from most CRMs. This does come with a Google 500 emails per day limit but because the emails are from you not filtered through the CRMs email server the emails don’t get caught up in spam folders like they may from another system. 

#4 Easy to use API – This is our nerd showing but when you’ve worked with as many APIs as we have you know all APIs aren’t created equally. Copper earns top marks for solid documentation and ease of use.
